Self-adhesive copper strips up to one inch wide are placed parallel to each other to form the contacts of the heater for connecting to the low voltage power source.
G-THERM paint is applied over and between the copper strips to create a uniform conductive heating surface of the required dimensions.
Once the paint is completely dry, the electrical resistance (R) of the conductive coating is measured between the copper strips. According to this resistance value, the parameters of the power source for connection to the conductive heating coating are determined.

The parameters of the circuit breaker and the thermostat are selected depending on the rated power of the heating coating.
